EastEnders star Lillia Turner’s hidden talent will blow you away – as castmates react

EastEnders star Lillia Turner has revealed a hidden talent in a behind-the-scenes performance with one of her soap co-stars. Turner, who plays Lily Slater on the BBC One soap, has teamed up with co-star Thomas Law for an impromptu singing session.

Turner and Law, who plays Peter Beale on the series, took advantage of a break from set to give a rendition of ‘Best Part’ by Daniel Caesar. The duo posted a snippet from their performance, with Law teasing that the full version would be posted soon.

“[Lillia] and I stealing the echos from the staircase for our teaser version of this beautiful song,” he posted on Instagram.

Their co-stars flocked to the comments section to share some lovely remarks about the performance, particularly praising Turner’s singing voice.

A singer and actor, Law is no stranger to sharing his music as well as his jamming sessions with his EastEnders co-stars.

Law recently sat down with Digital Spy and revealed his musical talent would make its way into the show as Peter is learning to play guitar.

On his social media, the star recently published a snippet of an impromptu lift performance with co-star Kitty Castledine, who plays Penny Branning on EastEnders.

“[EastEnders executive producer Ben Wadey] was also a big fan of my music, so he asked me to come up for a meeting and that’s when it was proposed that Peter would learn to play guitar and it would feature in the show,” he said

“So it’s slowly creeping into the show too. It’s not going to be a musical version of EastEnders, but Ben’s definitely got excitement for it and it’s cool to have the crossover.”
