EastEnders spoilers the week of October 13 tease Joel Marshall (Max Murray) hides out, and Harry Mitchell’s (Roland Manookian) held captive.

Plus, Oscar Branning (Pierre Moullier) scores a date, Nigel Bates (Paul Bradley) has a surprise, and Johnny Carter (Charlie Suff) makes a costly work mistake!

Joel Hides Out

Joel’s brutal attack on Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) leads to serious repercussions next week, but will he finally be held accountable for his disgusting actions?

Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) expresses regret to Joel for their previous disagreement, not knowing that Joel has assaulted Vicki.

At The Queen Vic, Vicki looks for assistance, while Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) decides to support Joel, who downplays the severity of his attack on Vicki.

Tommy conceals Joel in the Slaters’ garage, but his half-sister Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan) suspects something is wrong. She attempts to make Tommy understand the situation.

Tommy Stays Quiet

As Tommy remains tight-lipped regarding the whereabouts of Joel, Ross is taken aback to uncover the extent of Vicki’s distress and endeavors to quell the speculation suggesting that Joel is to blame.

Upon arriving at the hospital, Ross experiences a sense of relief upon receiving the news that Vicki is expected to recover.

However, as the week unfolds, the atmosphere becomes increasingly strained between Vicki and Ross as they engage in discussions concerning Joel.

Subsequently, she finds herself astonished by the latest updates pertaining to her situation, yet the question lingers: what fate awaits Joel?

Harry Captive

Teddy Mitchell seeks help from George Knight (Colin Salmon) when he can’t find Harry, but George assures him that Harry is safe with Kojo Asare (Dayo Koleosho).

When Harry calls his father, Teddy and Gina Knight (Francesca Henry) feel relieved, unaware that Okie and Ravi have actually captured Harry and forced him to make the call.

Harry pleads for his freedom, but Okie will not let him go unless he discloses the location of the hidden camera.

Gina, worried about not hearing from Harry, is comforted by Anna Knight (Molly Rainford), and Gina leaves a voicemail asking for information. Harry eventually tells Okie where the camera is connected, and Okie takes Harry’s laptop.

Oscar’s Date, Nigel’s Surprise

Oscar’s quest for a date with Jasmine (Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness) pays off, while Nigel aims to brighten Julie Bates’ (Karen Henthorn) day.

Oscar keeps trying to impress Jasmine; as the week goes on, Oscar is overjoyed when Jasmine agrees to go on a date with him-will their romance flourish?

Meanwhile, Julie is tutoring Lily Slater (Lillia Turner), but things go awry when Nigel accidentally upsets her.

Jean Slater (Gillian Wright) checks in on Julie, and they talk; Nigel tries to surprise Julie with a trip to India, and Oscar suggests he sell his car to pay for it.

Oscar sells Nigel’s car for him and proposes they take it for one last drive; however, Julie scolds them, reminding Nigel that he can’t drive.

Johnny’s Costly Work Mistake

Elaine Knight (Harriet Thorpe) is shocked by Teddy’s expensive quote for the construction at No.5,  sharing with Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) her intention to convert the property into a boutique hotel.

Soon after, Elaine focuses on her grandson Johnny, urging him to launch his own business.

However, when Johnny discovers that he has accidentally sent a business proposal to all his clients and his boss while drunk, he becomes anxious.

Later, Johnny informs Callum Highway (Tony Clay) that he has been fired. Will his new business idea succeed?
