EastEnders resident battles to save dying Harry as Teddy’s fate revealed
Viewers can expect a big week on EastEnders very soon, according to new spoilers.
Episodes airing in just over a week’s time see a huge return, a showdown, a character’s fate revealed and one resident facing death. Sam Mitchell is back in Walford, and she’s immediately trying to steal money from her brother Phil.
Nigel Bates is confused and believing Sam to be his daughter Clare, he allows her to take some money. But just as Sam goes to leave, she ends up coming face-to-face with Zoe Slater, 20 years after they were caught up in Den Watts’ demise.
Zoe accuses Sam of being her tormentor which she denies, but just before Sam can get away she’s stopped by Jack Branning, after she meets with their son Ricky. She soon drops a worrying bombshell about her health.
A scared Sam tells Jack she’s found a lump and she believes it’s cancer. Jack urges her to see a doctor as she admits she’s not had the lump checked, and when Jack’s partner Denise finds out she too reaches out to Sam.
But after coming to a deal, Sam soon realises she’s been duped and flees. She begs Phil for a place to stay, and soon she’s putting a new plan into action.
When Sam skips her appintoment though, she’s confronted by more than one resident so will she listen to them? Elsewhere, Nicola Mitchell worries about her son Harry when he asks her for money to buy drugs.
With him recently becoming addicted after using drugs as a way of coping, Nicola decides not to tell him about his father Teddy’s trial in case he spirals. Teddy recently confessed to killing Okie in self-defence, while it was Harry that accidentally killed him.
Harry finds out about the trial and soon admits to George Knight that Teddy is covering for him. When George suggests Harry confesses, Nicola arrives and and finally tells George she is pregnant with his child in an attempt to stop Harry.
George is left reeling over Nicola’s admission, and they decide to talk it through. They’re panicked though when Harry, who also tells Gina the truth about Okie, goes missing.
Gina and her dad George join forces to track Harry down, and they convince Harry to go to court against Nicola’s wishes to support Teddy. But the family are left reeling over Teddy’s verdict.
When Barney decides to move in with his biological father Zack Hudson, his mum Nicola fumes but there’s more heartache ahead when Harry takes drugs and accidentally overdoses. As Jack Branning tries to help Harry after he’s found by Gina, Gina and George alert a horrified Nicola who takes matters into her own hands to save Harry whilst they wait for the paramedics to arrive.
But will Harry survive? Also in upcoming episodes, Kim Fox drowns her sorrows following her breakup with Howie, but is later horrified by a confession from Yolande Trueman.
Kat Moon worries about her daughter Zoe, and is alarmed by a discovery about Anthony Trueman. She warns him away from Zoe as she learns the truth behind his marriage breakup.
Anthony is furious at his dad Patrick when he discovers he has spoken to his ex-wife Sophie. Lily Slater is growing concerned for her gran Jean over her recent behaviour. It’s Oscar Branning’s 18th birthday, while Elaine Peacock worries after Ian Beale raises concerns about the Peacock Palace permissions.
